Procedo
An AI platform that turns raw shop-floor video into structured manufacturing knowledge, in production with real industrial customers.
Problem
Manufacturing teams document, optimize, and train on physical procedures by hand, a slow process that rarely keeps pace with how work actually happens on the floor.
Approach
As CTO and co-founder I led the architecture and productionization of the core AI: turning long operational video into clear, step-by-step procedures; letting teams get grounded answers from their own documentation; and an assistant that helps them work with those procedures safely. The platform runs in the cloud, isolated per customer.
Result
Procedo runs in production for industrial customers, was selected for Bocconi's B4i accelerator, and closed an angel round.
